Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire, a quiet neighbourhood located in the West Island of Montreal is something you could call a "sleepy" area. The people who aren't familiar with this term often think that it's a isolated island to the west of Montreal however, this part of West Island is home to everything from Lachine west to the Lachine city. Lachine west. Amanda Brugel was born there and her time within the city was brief. Brugel was raised in Courtice in the vicinity of Oshawa Ontario. Initial plans were to be a performer, but she literally outgrew the dance partners. In an article published by Toronto Star, she revealed that in heels she was six feet and one inch tall. Since then, she's appeared participating in numerous productions with big screen and smaller ones. The most notable was her notoriety when she got her part as Rita in the award-winning show The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel is the only Canadian actor to appear in Season 1 which was only seen at times.
